ESCAPE-pain certified programme โ proven to reduce pain and improve function for people living with back, hip and knee OA.
Classes are delivered by certified ESCAPE-pain physiotherapists with years of experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Each session combines:
- โ 40 mins of circuit-style functional exercise (12 guided stations)
- โ 20 mins of small-group education & discussion
- โ Topics include OA pathology, pain management, medication, pacing, posture, and lifestyle
Class Format
