Why these classes work

The value is not just in exercising. It comes from having the right structure, the right dosage, and a format people can stick with long enough to feel the difference.

Physiotherapy-led progression

Sessions are built around safe, appropriate progression instead of one-size-fits-all exercise.

Routine that improves adherence

Regular class times make it easier for people to stay consistent and build momentum.

Small-group attention

Class sizes are small enough for guidance, feedback, and better confidence while moving.

Useful beyond one programme

Participants leave with better understanding of how to keep moving between sessions and after the programme ends.

Class questions people usually ask

Most enquiries are practical. People want to know who the classes are for, how tailored they feel, and whether they can bring them into their own group or venue.

Are these classes only for older adults?

No. Some classes are aimed at older adults, but others are designed around osteoarthritis support, yoga, Pilates, and healthy movement more broadly.

Do I need previous experience?

No. The classes are designed to be accessible and progressive, with options for different starting levels.

Can a care home, club, or local venue host sessions?

Yes. PhysioEverywhere can work with community organisations and venues to bring a suitable programme directly to the group.

What if someone in the group needs one-to-one support?

If a participant needs more individual input, they can also be directed toward an online appointment, tailored plan, or home visit where appropriate.
